(Meaningful, Manageable, Measurable)

LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS- I want to attend an SLI related to wellness to learn more about how my lifestyle impacts my mental health.

COMMUNITY SERVICE- I want to branch out and do one Service Saturday that involves a skill I'm not familiar with or comfortable with.

CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT- I recently joined Tone Cold Acapella. I'm planning on going into a career in music, so I'm hoping to help with arranging or choreographing a piece of the setlist this year to better my knowledge of vocal performance, to better myself for when I teach.

LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS- I attended an SLI about getting better sleep and how sleep impacts your mood and your ability to do certain things. I also attended an SLI about self-talk and learned how reframing your mindset can improve your mental health.

COMMUNITY SERVICE- I have not yet achieved this, but I hope to do so in the second semester.

CAMPUS INVOLVEMENT- As of now, I have not done either of these things, but I recently volunteered to try arranging a piece in the spring, and potentially choreograph a piece next fall!

LEAD- I want to get involved in a few organizations on campus, some that follow my passions and others that make a difference. By next year, I want to serve on an E-Board and make a memorable impression in my clubs.

SERVE- I want to volunteer for as many community organizations as possible, especially ones surrounding food scarcity, period poverty, or other injustices or opportunities.

LEARN- I want to go on an OSE retreat and maybe eventually help out during Jumpstart!
